14400 Arminta Street, Panorama City, CA: John and his team identified Living Spaces Furniture as the buyer and successfully sold this 220,000 square foot facility to this growing furniture retailer
Conejo Spectrum Business Park: In 1999, John and his team were appointed exclusive agent for the Conejo Spectrum, a 100-acre project located in Thousand Oaks, CA. This was arguably the most high profile business park project in the Eastern Ventura County area and saw tremendous success during the team’s years of marketing this marquis project. Transactions totaled over 750,000 square feet to notable companies such as Intel, Teradyne, Alcatel, Baxter Healthcare and Ceres, among others.
Tejon Industrial Complex: John and his team were instrumental in attracting IKEA Home Furnishings, the world’s largest home retailer, and successfully conveyed the advantages of locating at the Tejon Industrial Complex for their 1.7 million square foot distribution facility. This cornerstone transaction for the Tejon Industrial Complex put the project on the map. John’s team remains the marketing agent for this 1,500 acre project.
