Levin has brokered the sale of several large multifamily properties in the greater Seattle area, including recent transactions with the Summerwood Apartments in Redmond, WA for $17.6 million, the Pyramid Pointe Apartments in Tukwila, WA for $8 million, the Somerset Village Apartments in Lynnwood, WA for $10.2 million, and recently the Shoreside Village Apartment in Everett, WA for $10.7 million.
