PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Regional Director for the Colliers Atlantic office in Moncton, New Brunswick, Tim specializes in leasing and sales in all markets in New Brunswick, the main centers being Moncton, Fredericton and Saint John.
Tim started his career in 1986 selling residential real estate and in 1988 decided to change direction and focus on commercial markets by joining Central Trust which soon became Central and Guaranty Trust. After the sale of Central and Guaranty to the Toronto Dominion Bank, Tim joined the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates as manager of the commercial division and remained there until June of 1995 when he resigned to form Maritime Real Estate Group Inc. with offices in Moncton and Halifax.
In 1996, Mr. Lyons merged his operation with the three partners of Leasecom and Colliers MacAulay Nicolls to form Colliers International (Atlantic) Inc. With over fourteen years commercial sales experience in the New Brunswick market, Tim has a wide variety of contacts and is an expert in his marketplace.
