CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
Erik Faucett is a Retail Specialist and member of San Diego’s Private Capital
Advisors Team. Erik’s area of expertise focuses on leasing and sales of strip
and neighborhood centers with a principal emphasis on landlord representation
in North San Diego County. With years of management, sales, leasing and
property management experience, Erik and his partner Steve Willmore have
established themselves as a team who brings deep property operations and
tenant knowledge to the transaction. In addition to landlord representation, Erik
has spent considerable time on retail investment sales assisting clients in the
sale of established income producing properties. In 2007, Erik and his team
were recognized as the Most Successful Team for Private Capital Advisors on
the West Coast. Erik is a Knowledge Partner, a Colliers professional
certification focused on specialized knowledge and skills.
