In 2007, Scott was appointed to start and lead the company’s West Coast Urban Landlord Partners Practice Group. This is a specialized group of collaborative Downtown Landlord Leasing teams in LA, Seattle, Portland and San Francisco. Scott joined Colliers International in San Francisco in 2001 as a Senior Vice President focusing exclusively on Landlord Representation in Downtown San Francisco. During Scott’s career as a broker in San Francisco, he has leased or renewed approximately 4,200,000 total square feet. Although Scott’s focus is primarily on Landlord Representation - Leasing in Downtown San Francisco, he has also participated in $525 million in investment sales transactions. Scott’s current notable clients include RREEF, Prudential Investments, Principal Global Investors, Vornado, Ellis Partners, Harsch Investment Properties, Pioneer Holdings, and Yale Properties.

Also, in 2009, Scott was asked by the company to serve on the ten member Board of Directors of Colliers International USA.

Appointed the Managing Director in 2002, Scott managed the Leasing and Investment Sales operations of the San Francisco office until January 2007. During his five-year tenure as Manager of the office, revenues increased 77%. In 2004, Scott received the Colliers’ Presidential Leadership Award.
