Mr. Willmore has created a well-rounded real estate career in the retail sector
directing his efforts on all types of retail properties including: regional,
community, neighborhood and strip shopping centers. Steve and his team are
focusing their retail leasing practice in the Oceanside marketplace.
Steve is a charter member of Colliers International Private Capital Advisors
(PCA), established in 2005.

Stephen M. Willmore, CPM is a Senior Associate with Colliers International
Brokerage Service operations in San Diego County, specializing in retail
investments and leasing.
With over 30 years of leasing, sales and property management experience,
Steve and his partner, Erik Faucett have established themselves as a team that
brings deep property operations and tenant knowledge to the transaction. In
2007, Stephen and his team were recognized as the Most Successful Team for
Colliers International Private Capital Advisors on the West Coast.
