John Wadsworth joined Colliers International’s Irvine office in 1992. During his tenure at Colliers International, John has rapidly raised his level of transaction experience, establishing himself among the Irvine office’s top producing brokers and consistently earning company accolades since 1998, such as the Max L. Green “Circle of Excellence” and “President’s Circle,” both which recognize top-producing brokers at Colliers International. In 2001, John was recognized by the Irvine Company (Orange County’s largest landlord) as one of its “Brokers of the Year.”
As founder of Colliers Health Care Services, John has created a highly specialized niche in the sale, lease and development of medical office and health care real estate in the Orange County market.
