With more than 18 years of experience in the Seattle market, Dan Dahl is an experienced specialist in institutional landlord representation for metropolitan Seattle. Dahl represents both tenants and landlords in Seattle, and has extensive experience in increasing net operating income, asset repositioning, value-add leasing, increasing property values, asset underwriting, acquisitions and dispositions. A senior partner of Colliers Urban Landlord Partners (ULP) in Seattle, Dahl leads the team that includes industry veterans David Gurry, and Laura Hurley. The Colliers ULP team provides institutional landlords performance with certainty for all their real estate needs across the U.S.
Dan Dahl has represented numerous landlords in the marketing, leasing, renewals, and subleasing of their assets and he assists clients with their needs analysis, facility selection, and negotiations. Dahl has facilitated some of the area’s largest and most complex transactions and is consistently recognized as a top performer among his colleagues. Through successfully negotiating more than 900 leases and sales involving over 3.5 million square feet of space, Dahl has achieved a total deal consideration of more than $900 million.
