CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
Scott began his career in commercial real estate in 1985, and in 1995 joined The Morse Company as a Principal and played an integral role in creating an organization known for its reputation for quality, market knowledge, personal service and integrity. In 2005, The Morse Company was acquired by Colliers International.
He was honored with two awards for work for Flextronics International: the Dallas Business Journal’s “Best Real Estate Deals for 2001: Best New Office Development” and the William C. Jennings Lone Star Award from the Texas Association of Realtors for the outstanding commercial transaction of the year. Scott has also been recognized as a “Heavy Hitter” by the Dallas Business Journal and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors in 2002 and 2003.
In 1998, Scott completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) program, considered the “producer’s master’s degree” in real estate.
Scott is a community leader and has served in various capacities including: Executive Committee for the Board of Directors of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Steering Committee for the Richardson Wildflower Festival, which is an annual weekend event attracting over 100,000 people, member of the Richardson Rotary Club and has coached numerous local sports teams.
