Scott has been a very active Investment Sales specialist in the Calgary market for over 9 years. During this time, he has been involved in over $600 million worth of commercial real estate transactions.

Scott deals extensively with institutional, public and private investors and has been involved in dozens of notable real estate transactions including portfolio sales. Scott's clients include Sun Life, Anthem Properties, WAM Investment Management, First Capital Realty, Temple REIT, Artis REIT and Huntingdon REIT.

Scott works with Eric Horvath, Matt Gregory and Dominic Hubaczek on all of his assignments. This Team has worked together successfully for approximately 4 years and is one of Colliers International's most productive Investment Sales Teams. This team specializes in investment grade office, industrial, retail and hotel properties in the $5 to $50 million range.

Scott was awarded the Colliers International Award of Excellence in 2006 and 2007.

Scott holds an MBA in Finance from the Haskayne School of Business (University of Calgary), and a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics from the University of Western Ontario. Raised in Ontario, Scott is a former Canadian Infantry Officer who spent 5 years in the 1st Battalion of the Royal Canadian Regiment holding various positions in Petawawa Ontario and overseas.
