Pam has been an active member of the Portland Ambassadors, NAIOP, BOMA and the International Development and Research Council (IDRC). She was the founding president of the Tualatin Valley Economic Development Corporation (now the Westside Economic Alliance) and served as Executive Vice President of the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce.
Pam's civic and community leadership includes Directorships on the Regional Arts and Culture Council, the Northwest Business Committee for the Arts, the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission, the Governor's Community Economic Development Finance Committee, the Westside Light Rail Citizens Advisory Committee, Washington County Visitors Association and the Washington County Community Corrections Advisory Board.
