John Arnoldi is responsible for facilitating the business
strategy of advancing Colliers’ competitiveness and value-added
approach offered to clients.
John is the Managing Director of the Office and Retail
Practice Groups for Colliers International within the
Greater Toronto Area (GTA) serving the North, West
and downtown offices.
He is committed to the organic growth of the Office and Retail
Practice Groups, and continuously strives to set the company apart
from the competition by ensuring that Colliers remains a leader in
service excellence.
John serves as an industry expert with respect to office
and retail markets within the GTA. He is responsible for
ensuring that Colliers professionals are well positioned in
local markets, enabling agents to respond quickly to client
needs while also provide their clients with specialized
expertise.
CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
John began his career in commercial real estate 21 years
ago as a commercial office leasing agent when he joined
The Arnoldi Group. He continually, and single-handedly
produced results for his team and began leading the department
early on.
John has spent the past seven years as an executive with Colliers International, previously serving as Managing Director of the
South-Western Ontario branch in Kitchener
