Bob Deininger is a Senior Vice President with Colliers International and specializes in office and industrial properties. Bob has had a successful career in the commercial real estate industry since 1995 and brings more than 24 years experience to his clients.
He has a diverse base of real estate experience, including tenant representation, disposition services, build-to-suit transactions, speculative development and investment analysis. Bob offers his clients the benefit of sophisticated analytical abilities and a commitment to providing the highest quality of services in the industry, which has generated an improve client list. He joined Colliers in 2007.

Bob has consistently been recognized as a top producing salesperson. Throughout his career, he has achieved a high level of successful transactions, including:

- Average sales of approximately $50 million per year for the past several years
- Sold and leased over 2.5 million square feet of industrial space
- Sold more than 400 acres of land to users and developers
- 31 different design build projects for owner/users, totaling over 410,000 sf and more than 1.5 million sf sold or leased
Bob has earned the prestigious SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. The SIOR designation is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production and ethics in the real estate industry. Bob also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Colliers, Bob was an associate vice president with Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate. Previously, he was a principal with Shea Commercial for four years. From 1995 to 2003, Bob was a principal with Johnson & Associates Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, he was a regional sales manager with Ducharme McMillan & Associates from 1993 to 1995.
