Cindy Cooke is a Senior Vice President with Colliers International and leads the Cooke Multi-Family Investment Team—one of the top multi-family teams in the nation. Her 26 years experience specializing in multi-family properties provides the market insight required to guide clients in their investment decisions.
Cindy’s primary focus is client relationships. She is involved in every aspect of the transaction from start to finish. She understands the importance of each step, including evaluation, marketing, qualifying the buyer, negotiations, due diligence process, financing, and closing.
Through a hands-on personal approach, Cindy provides unmatched service for clients. She leverages her knowledge and relationships to the benefit of the team's institutional and large private capital clients. The ability to maximize value, minimize risk and accelerate velocity for clients is the driving force behind all her decisions. She contributes her success in brokerage to the ability to “see hidden value” in investments and dedication to providing personal service to her clients.
Cindy’s experience at Colliers International has given her national and international exposure. Cindy served as Arizona’s Interim Manager and Designated Broker for Colliers International in 2005. Her responsibilities expanded to managing 157 employees, including 55 brokers. While in this role, Cindy also continued her multi-family brokerage business and was ranked among the top three multi-family brokers in the United States in 2005.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Cindy started her brokerage career in multi-family, with an emphasis on development, property assemblage, zoning and construction. To accommodate the needs of her clients, early in her career she started her own commercial real estate brokerage firm and mortgage broker company. She was the sole proprietor of these companies for 10 years. Cindy was also the general partner of Blue Ridge Park Business Park when she assembled, zoned and planned the largest business park in Raleigh North Carolina.
