With more than 35 years of professional sales experience, Wayne Lambert has been at the top of the ranks in his career since joining Colliers International in 1978, where he earned the “Rookie of the Year” title during his first year with the firm.

In 1987, Wayne was named a Vice President, and in seven of the next nine years was among Colliers International’s, Greater Los Angeles (GLA), top ten salesmen. In 1992, Wayne was Colliers’ number one industrial salesman in Orange County and was in the top five Colliers, GLA, salesmen overall.

Among all of the 150 GLA Colliers sales staff, Wayne has ranked in the top 15 percent nineteen times. During 2005, Wayne completed 15 transactions totaling more than $57 million in consideration ranking him among the top 15 percent, once again, within Colliers GLA brokerage network and among the top five industrial brokers in the Orange County market. During the past 28 years, Wayne has represented tenants, buyers and building owners throughout Orange County.

On track for 2007, Wayne has completed transactions totaling more than $16 million.
