(85,165 SF), MV Technical Sales (55,500 SF), and Arden (129,000 SF).
Institutional and corporate clients include Stone Brewery, Arden, LBA,
Bancroft Capital, CapStone Advisors, and Pacific Starr Group.
CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
Dave has been with Colliers International since 1988. Prior to Colliers
International, Dave worked for several financial corporations as an Institutional
Money Manager. Dave is a Senior Vice President specializing in the sales and
leasing of industrial and R&D properties in North San Diego County.
In the last 18 years, Dave has brokered a total of over $119,792,512 in over
591 transactions comprising nearly 2.8 million square feet in industrial/ office
sales, leases, build-to-suits, and multiple land sales.
