David Gurry specializes in landlord representation in the Seattle office market. As a member of Colliers Urban Landlord Partners team, Gurry provides institutional landlords with market knowledge and a level of expertise for all their real estate needs. Working with industry veterans Dan Dahl and Laura Hurley, Gurry has extensive experience in increasing net operating income, asset repositioning, value-add leasing, increasing property values, asset underwriting, acquisitions and dispositions.
David Gurry has developed a strong industry reputation with Seattle landlords and tenants through more than 900 sale and lease transactions, totaling over $900 million in total consideration. Through his 12 years of industry experience in the Seattle market, Gurry has consistently been one of the Seattle office market’s top producers.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
David has worked with many landlords and tenants in the Seattle area negotiating
leases and sales on their behalf. David has worked with tenants such as R.R.
Donnelley & Sons, Goldman Sachs & Company, State Farm Insurance, Fleet Bank,
Kibble & Prentice, AIG Insurance, Wells Fargo/Acordia, Prudential Securities, and
Fleet Bank.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining at Colliers, Gurry spent ten years with CB Richard Ellis. While there, he was consistently recognized as a top performer among his colleagues, earning Career Best Awards from 2000 to 2006, CoStar Power Broker Awards from 2005 to 2008, and was named the #2 Top Seattle Office Leasing Producer in 2002.
