CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
Bob Burnand joined Colliers International in 2009 as the Director of Asset Services and is a member of the Colliers Asset Resolutions Team for North America. Bob serves as a court-appointed receiver for non-performing assets and develops strategies for financial institutions to protect their investments. He quickly mobilizes strategic and operational teams to evaluate each property’s position in the market and creates a detailed strategy to stabilize a non- or under-performing asset to preserve its value. Once stabilized, the goal is to add short and long-term value to the asset to meet the investor’s objectives.

Bob develops a single, targeted solution or assembles a multi-disciplinary team to handle the restructuring process for an asset or portfolio of properties. Integrated services include strategic planning, financial analysis, valuation, receivership, stabilization, disposition, leasing, asset management, financial reporting, lease administration, construction management, and physical assessment. Services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each asset.

Bob offers clients in-depth market knowledge and expertise, with over 30 years experience in asset repositioning, receivership, property management, leasing, sales and development.

Bob is a member of the Colliers Asset Resolutions Team (“CART”) for North America. CART’s fully integrated platform coordinates the expertise and resources of over 100 Colliers offices in North America to respond to the demands of a dramatically changing commercial real estate marketplace. CART professionals are committed to providing a broad set of front line skills, strategic alliances and resources to resolve complex real estate challenges. PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Bob has more than 30 years experience in commercial real estate. He was previously with Trammell Crow Company for five years as senior vice president with the Capital Markets Group. Bob was with Cushman & Wakefield for 10 years, where he specialized in the sale of investment grade office buildings.
