Eric is a Senior Investment Sales Advisor with over ten years of commercial real estate experience. Having completed his CCIM designation in 2006 has enabled Eric to understand and underwrite commercial real estate assets implementing generally accepted valuation principals according to the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of North America (CIREI). Eric’s astute intuition has enabled him to quickly and efficiently value commercial real estate property with considerable accuracy and invaluable insight.

Having specialized in the Multi-family sector has allowed Eric to address the needs of over 4,000 clients and industry members throughout Canada, enabling him to understand today’s marketplace, participants, and trends. In recent years Eric has also refocused his efforts to include investment grade real estate including hotel, office and retail assets and has been successful in brokering over $590 Million in value over the past five years. Eric is one of 16 partners of the Colliers International Calgary office and is consistently a market leader on a local and national level.

Eric is a member of Calgary’s Investment Sales Group and works closely as a team unit with his partners Scott McCorquodale and Matt Gregory. This unique team approach offers Eric a wide knowledge base with over 25 years of combined market experience. The team possesses a competitive advantage in providing superior market insight, and holds excellent relationships with private, public, and institutional investors.

Eric is an active member of the Calgary Apartment Association (CAA), has been the key note speaker at their annual general meeting for the past eight years. Eric is an active member of the (CAA) social/awards committee providing valuable insight into day-to-day operations and building management.

In January 2003 Eric was appointed to the committee for Shelter and Accommodation on behalf of the Calgary Homeless Foundation, providing real estate knowledge and leadership assisting in the vision to provide all Calgarians safe, suitable and affordable housing.

Eric is a dominant player within the Calgary Multi-family market and over the past two years alone has been directly involved in the transaction of eight Multi-family properties, totaling 1,070 units for an aggregate value of $169 Million.

Eric also possesses experience in the disposition of sizable hospitality assets as he has negotiated two hotel transactions in the past two years totaling 308 rooms for a total value of $52.5 Million.
