Since 1996, Chuck has been a Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in the Los Angeles basin. He joined Colliers Seeley in 1999 after begining his career with Grubb & Ellis. Prior to commiting full time to his investment sale practice, his transaction expertise and market knowledge,as an Industrial broker lead to the representation of such clients as The Coca Cola Company, The Auto Club, Sara Lee, Bank of America, Clorox, and the Gallo Wine Company. As part of his commitment to providing his clients with the highest possible expertise, he completed the rigorous coursework to achieve the prestigous CCIM designation in 2004. In his career he has completed transactions with an aggregate dollar value in excess of $250 million. Chuck is a multiple-time recipient of the Colliers Seeley Circle of Excellence Award, which is given annually to the top performing brokers company-wide.
