Tom Flood is Executive Vice President of the Multi-Family Advisory Group and Investment Services Group for the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Colliers International. He specializes in acquisition and disposition of apartment investment sales, and will be leading a larger platform as Colliers expands its investment sales group.

Tom focuses almost exclusively on his area of expertise: advisement of equity capital into attractive apartment investments, whether for listing or acquisition. Because of his focused involvement in apartment brokerage, Tom has developed a tremendous network of assets, including deep market information and an extensive list of financially-strong potential investors. Tom brings a respected sense of expertise and knowledge to the brokerage services business.

Tom Flood has accumulated more than two decades of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Colliers in 2008, Tom spent most of the past decade as a leading apartment Brokerage Advisor with Pinnacle Realty Management, a third-party apartment fee management company headquartered in Seattle, Washington. During his affiliation with Pinnacle, Tom became the firm's number one broker for both gross sales and fees generated.

Through most of the 1980s, Tom had been a successful land broker with a leading North Texas land brokerage firm. In 1989, he began his apartment brokerage career when he formed Crown Texas Realty, Inc.

Over his entire career, Tom has been involved in more than $1 Billion in total apartment sales. His sales include over 200 apartment communities in 150 separate transactions, the majority of which were located in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio.

Tom is a community leader and has served in various capacities with several organizations, including the Downs Syndrome Guild and the Rise School of Dallas. Tom and his family attend the Perkins Chapel at SMU, where he attended college from 1978-1982. Tom and his wife, Jene’ have been married for 13 years and have 3 children, ages 11, 9, and 7.
