Kim Marvik joined Colliers International in 1998 and is a senior vice president, focusing on office and mixed-use investment sales, including overseeing leasing assignments for her clients in the south Puget Sound region. She has been active in the commercial real estate industry for more than thirty years and her wide range of experience and skills enable her to effectively complete complex commercial real estate transactions. Marvik has committed herself to delivering exceptional service by sharing her knowledge to assist her clients make the best real estate decisions during and after the transaction.
