Prior Experience

Was a specialist in the Colliers Edmonton office in preparing hotel valuations and completing feasibility studies. Developed specific expertise in the analysis and valuation of hospitality developments. Some of the hospitality companies valuated were Fantasyland Hotel, Super 8 Motel, Capri Centre, Holiday Inns, Travelodges, Comfort Inns and the Imperial 400 Chain (6 locations).

CORPORATE EXPERIENCE

Chris joined Colliers in 1995 as an Senior Consultant in the Colliers International Realty Advisors Edmonton Office. In 1999 Chris transferred to the Calgary Office as the Managing Director. In 2008 Chris became the Senior Vice President for Colliers International Realty Advisors Canada in which he is responsible for the Valuation, Consulting, and Advisory Services practiced all across Canada.

Chris’s office valuation experience includes the valuation for the following major corporations: Royal Bank Financial; Morguard Investments; Manulife; GWL Realty Advisors.

Chris has also completed financial analysis and due diligence for a number of major corporations: Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust; Bentall Capital/Penreal Capital Management; Hopewell Development.
