PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Rik began his commercial brokerage career as an investment specialist when he moved to San Diego in 1986 to join Grubb & Ellis. He has also been affiliated with Sperry Van Ness. For over 19 years, Rik has assisted clients, both individuals and institutions, buy, sell, and exchange well over $115,000,000 in transactions comprised of nearly 1.4 million square feet of commercial/industrial property, over 400 apartment units, and several land sales.

EDUCATION
Rik is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly) with a Bachelors degree in Economics, Emphasis in Econometrics. Also, Rik has obtained a Master of Business Administration, Emphasis in Marketing & Finance, and Honors in Strategic Planning from Saint Mary's College, Moraga (San Francisco)."
