Jonathan Tobolowsky is a Retail Specialist in the Brokerage Division for the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Colliers International. He joined Colliers International in 2004. Jonathan’s area of expertise focuses on tenant representation with a principal emphasis in the representation of restaurant tenants and national tenants with multi-city requirements. In addition to tenant representation, Jonathan represents clients in land acquisitions, investment and pad sales, and the sale of established income producing properties.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPISHMENTS

During his tenure with Colliers, Jonathan has worked with numerous national franchise organizations, and has assisted with expansion in more than 30 cities. In 2007 and 2008, Jonathan was awarded top producing retail broker in multi-market representation. In addition, Jonathan sits on the National Retail Steering Committee as its youngest representative, and founded and chairs the New Generation Group with 60+ active members nationwide.
