Eshelman joins Colliers’ real estate investment team
July 7, 2009, Seattle, WA -– Colliers International announced that Scott Eshelman joined the Seattle office investment team as a senior vice president. He will focus on investment sales and advisory services for commercial properties in the Puget Sound region. Colliers is committed to building specialized skilled teams within the four Puget Sound commercial real estate brokerage offices to provide clients with the knowledge and expertise they need to make informed business decisions.
Eshelman has over 25 years of commercial real estate and investment expertise. He has a broad range of experience working in commercial real estate leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, private equity investments and corporate acquisitions.

Prior to joining Colliers, Eshelman worked at the Broderick Group and Cushman & Wakefield focusing on leasing, sales and related advisory services for owners, users and institutional investors. He was also a director of real estate marketing & leasing at Vulcan Inc, where his responsibilities included new and existing properties in the South Lake Union area. Currently, he is a member of the Pacific Real Estate Institute, Commercial Brokers Association, and the Northwest Forum.
