Colliers International Czech Republic’s Retail Department arranges two deals in Prague and Ceske Budejovice
Sushi Point expands to Prague 6
10/22/2008, Prague, Czech Republic – Sushi Point, the bar and restaurant chain, is expanding to Prague 6. A former Bata store on Dejvicka street will be welcoming their new tenant starting by the end of 2008. A total area of 348 m2 plus an additional 90 m2 in the basement offers perfect conditions for Sushi Point’s new location.
The location around Dejvicka Street has a bright future. The mayor of the city district has announced promising plans with Prague 6 recently; he would like to create a brand-new neighborhood with underground parking, pedestrian zones and exclusive stores and restaurants. “Prague 6 is well known for its high concentration of wealthy clientele thanks to the fact that many foreign companies as well as embassies have their affiliates based here,” says Martin Indra, a retail specialist at the global real estate services provider Colliers International, which represented Sushi Point in negotiating the deal.
