	3,000 SF Office Building Sell for $1.3 Million (La Jolla, CA January 26, 2010)
	A 3,000 square foot office building located at 5575 La Jolla Blvd., La Jolla California sold for 1.3 million dollars. The seller was Wells Fargo Bank, Trustee of the Palmer Trust and the buyer was Richard Icaza, Adele Icaza, Gilbert Salinas, and Marilyn Salinas. Victor Krebs, Rob Morgan, and Phil Wise of Colliers International represented the seller and Lisa Hench of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the Buyer.
