The Property Valuation and Consulting Department of Colliers International was established in 2001 to meet the requirements of our clients for professional property consultancy and advisory services. The Valuation and Consulting division is strong throughout the Central and Eastern European region, with seasoned professionals in Prague, Bratislava, Budapest, Bucharest and Warsaw.
Our consultants provide valuation and consulting services for properties and portfolios for a variety of purposes including crediting, company balance sheet preparation, sale or purchase of a property, facility management, sale or purchase of a company, feasibility studies and consultancy in the planning phase. Our experience covers all sectors of the property market including:

In Central and Eastern Europe, Colliers International has performed valuations, feasibility studies, investment and risk analysis on behalf of various major international firms, such as PWC, Ernst&Young, GE Capital, AIG, EBRD, HVB, Deutsche Bank, Raiffeisen, Volksbank, ING Nederlanden, Strabag, etc. Our professionals also have extensive experience in valuing large portfolios of properties owned by various funds and institutions.
