Within the United States, the team was ranked as the #6 Top Producers for office properties and the #15 Top Producers for all specialties. Evan Koplan, senior associate, was named the David L. Hallstrom Rookie of the Year. Koplan works with Mike Parker and John Soldo, specializing in industrial properties. “Evan is an outstanding young broker who is very deserving of this honor,” said Mulhern. The rookie award is named for the late David L. Hallstrom, who joined Colliers as a “rookie” at the age of 69, demonstrating that you can launch a successful career at any age.
