November 13, 2009, Scottsdale – Colliers International announces that the award-winning W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University (“ASU”) has opened a new location in The TB&B Parkside at 8355 East Hartford Drive, Suite 103, Scottsdale, Ariz.
“We now have evening MBA locations all across the Phoenix area because we want to make it as convenient as possible for working professionals to get a high-quality MBA with a flexible program schedule,” said W.P. Carey School of Business Dean Robert Mittelstaedt.
Greg Hopley, executive vice president with Colliers International’s Scottsdale office, exclusively represented the building owner, TB&B Perimeter Holdings, LLC, of Scottsdale, in the ±3,959-square foot Class A office lease for a term of five years. Karsten Peterson of Cushman and Wakefield in Phoenix represented Arizona State University.
TB&B Parkside is a freestanding, two-story Class A office project, which was built in 2007. Located in the Scottsdale Airpark, the property is north of the northeast corner of 82nd Street and Bell Road, just west of the Loop 101 freeway. It is directly east of the new Scottsdale Recreation… Park.
ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business will house its MBA program and teaching and administrative staff in the new location. “Scottsdale has been one of our most popular locations, so we found a great space that will be convenient for those working and living in the east Valley,” said Beth Walker, associate dean of the W.P. Carey MBA. “This new facility offers four fully-equipped team rooms, wireless network access throughout the entire suite, LCD displays, interactive monitors and easy access to the Loop 101 freeway.”
