	Office Space Squeeze in City
	First quarter data, compiled by Colliers International in its Office Market Report, shows the vacancy rate for office space in the city dropped to 0.8 per cent, or basically nothing, over the first three months of the year. Saskatoon’s vacancy rate of less than one per cent is the lowest in the nation at a time when office vacancies across the country are beginning to rise due to slowing economic conditions.
