We are pleased to announce that Derek Hulse has joined Colliers International as a Senior Associate working out of the San Diego office. Derek comes to us from Lee and Associates where he represented Tenants and Landlords in both office and industrial leasing. At Colliers, Derek’s focus will be R&D and Office in Central San Diego.
Derek has a BS degree in Business and Economics and lives in Solana Beach with wife Anne-Marie and daughter, Alexandria with another baby on the way.
