Aguaytia Energy (AE), which main shareholder is Duke Energy, occupied an outdated Class B office building, located in the submarket of San Isidro Golf. In this building, AE had several problems such as lack of fire security systems, parking spaces, old elevators, low-level retail activity at ground level and a lot of call centers companies. AE needed to purchase at least 900 m2 and 25 parking spaces in a Class A+ or A office building, located within Centro Empresarial Real. AE hired Colliers International Peru, in an exclusive way, for the relocation of its offices.
