	March 3, 2009, Seattle, WA – Colliers International is pleased to announce the promotion of three commercial brokers in the Puget Sound Region. Colliers is committed to developing special knowledge in key market segments to provide clients with the resources and expertise they need to make informed business decisions. Bill Condon and Andrew Hitchcock have been named vice presidents in the Seattle office. Mr. Condon is an industrial specialist concentrating on leasing and sales of commercial properties in South King and Pierce Counties. Condon has extensive market knowledge and was named Top Industrial Broker on the exclusive CoStar Group Power Brokers list in 2006 & 2007. Mr. Hitchcock also focuses on industrial leasing and sales in the South Puget Sound industrial marketplace. Hitchcock's background includes representing tenants mixed with owner/user and investment sales, giving him an extensive understanding of the current market conditions. In the Colliers Tacoma office, Connie Boyle has been promoted to Associate Vice President. Ms. Boyle has been a leader in the area of investment, retail leasing and tenant representation for the past 24 years. She joined Colliers in January 2003 and specializes in investment properties and retail leasing in South King County, Washington.
