December 11, 2009, PORTLAND, OR – Colliers International-Portland is pleased to announce the promotion of three of the office’s commercial brokers. Owner-user sales specialist, John Gibson, has been named vice president. Mr. Gibson has been assisting small businesses and individuals with the acquisition and disposition of office properties throughout Greater Portland since 1996. He is now Portland’s leading owner-user sales professional by transaction volume.
Joe Beehler and Jerry Matson have been promoted to senior brokers. Mr. Beehler, a member of Colliers’ Urban Landlord Partners, serves institutional and private landlords in leasing class A, B and historic office properties in the city’s urban core. Since joining Colliers, Mr. Beehler has consistently ranked among the office’s top performers. Mr. Matson specializes industrial leasing and sales on Portland’s Eastside. He has ranked among the firm’s top 75 producers nationwide for multiple years and was the Portland office’s top industrial performer in 2008.
