Lan Peru, the most important airline of the country, has its administrative headquarters in an A class office building in Miraflores, where it occupies 2,600 m2. The current growth projections for Lan Peru imply a total requirement of 4,200 m2 for the next 5 years. However, the availability in its current offices is less than 1,000 m2. Lan Peru hired Colliers International to identify, evaluate and negotiate alternatives for their new headquarters.
