The head office of CZECH DATA SYSTEMS, Apple’s sole distributor, moves into new office area “The Park“ in Chodov, Prague
09/22/2008, Prague – Colliers International Czech Republic has arranged for Czech Data Systems to move to The Park, a brand-new office center in Prague 4 – Chodov. The head office of CDS, the sole distributor of Apple’s entire product range in the Czech Republic, will be placed there from October 2008.
One of the most important requirements of the company was to shift its office closer to other companies from the IT branch. “The Park project, already occupied by companies such as Dell, IBM and Sony, was for our client the most logical and optimal solution,“ says Filip Rerko, office broker of Colliers International, who represented the company in mediating the deal.
The office will be located in Building #10 directly bordering on highway D1. “Moreover, we‘ve succeeded in negotiations concerning a neon sign with the client’s logo that can be easily spotted from the highway. This usually remains a privilege only for top clients“ says Rerko. The whole project consists of eleven finished Class A office buildings, another building is to be completed by the end of September 2008.
