February 5, 2010, Phoenix – Colliers International–Greater Phoenix is pleased to announce its 2009 top staff. “We are proud to recognize these professionals who exemplify the highest standards of performance, service excellence, dedication and community involvement. They each contribute significantly to the success of our organization,” said Bev Jensen, operations manager for Colliers.
Staff Persons of the Year Awards: Jamie McClellan, Administrative Assistant; and Melissa Montoya, Marketing Coordinator – Jamie McClellan and Melissa Montoya were named Colliers’ Staff Persons of the Year. This award is given in recognition of consistently performing well beyond job description requirements, exhibiting a courteous and helpful attitude, and continually striving for self-improvement. McClellan and Montoya have demonstrated the ability to multi-task, while balancing requests from numerous professionals in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Spirit Awards: Cheryl Foster, Marketing Administrative Assistant; and Renée Russell, Ambassador of First Impressions – Cheryl Foster and Renée Russell are recognized for promoting the Colliers spirit and for always displaying a positive and helpful attitude to clients, guests and co-workers.
Commitment to Service Excellence Awards: Cristiana Zarr, Senior Graphic Designer; and Shasta Broyles, Project Coordinator – Cristiana Zarr and Shasta Broyles are recognized for going above and beyond in all aspects of providing services to internal and external clients and in completing critical projects.
Dedication & Teamwork Awards: Stephanie Rupp, DTS Coordinator, and Cheryl Foster, Marketing Administrative Assistant – Stephanie Rupp and Cheryl Foster are recognized for unselfishly contributing to the Colliers mission, demonstrating remarkable effort, service to colleagues, and extraordinary loyalty to the team.
Community Involvement Award: Jamie McClellan, Administrative Assistant; and Melanie Kosach, Creative Director – Jamie McClellan and Melanie Kosach are recognized for their dedication to community programs and volunteerism on behalf of Colliers.
