Over the last few years Holcim Brasil suffered throughout as a result of the construction sector downturn because of the economy’s behaviour. Looking to reduce costs and at the same time for a sustainable development, Holcim needed to considerably downsize their Sao Paulo’s office areas. They had a total area of approximately 3,743 sq.m (39,154 sq.f)
