Success Story - Office Lease - Call Centre Services Firm

A Call Centre Services Firm located in Uptown Waterloo wished to affordably consolidate and expand their operations into an improved office environment by negotiating with their current landlord for alternative space or selecting a different building.

They currently leased 35,000 square feet in a class ‘C’ building utilizing three floors. They required 40,000 square feet on one floor. Their primary needs included improved renovated space with better HVAC, floor layout and an improved parking arrangement. They were currently paying $7.00 per square foot.

After negotiating with both the client’s present landlord and prospective new landlord, David Young negotiated terms and lease rate that were satisfactory to the client, and the new landlord. The client was able to realize their goals and move to new premise within budget.
