Our project managers assume responsibility to deliver project to successful completion through a single point of responsibility to obtain the successful development, design and construction of facilities.
MHPM directs and coordinates the efforts of multidisciplinary project teams to meet the client’s requirements. In the role of Project Manager, MHPM will take primary responsibility for the implementation of the project, including:
- Planning and scheduling
- Budgeting and estimating
- Cost control and accounting
- Quality control
- Regular reporting
