SACRAMENTO, Calif. (March 9, 2009) – Colliers International, a worldwide real estate service
company, announced today that local real estate executive, Bill Coyle, has been named
Managing Director of the Sacramento and Roseville offices.

Coyle, a Sacramento native, has spent his entire career in real estate having worked in the past
as a broker for CB Commercial and Grubb & Ellis; in corporate real estate for Dollar Tree
Stores; and, most recently, in real estate development for Granite Bay Ventures. His first day
will be March 16.p>
He will be tasked with growing the local office by expanding existing client relationships as well
as adding new clients drawn to Colliers diverse services including appraisal/valuation, capital
markets financing, consulting, property management and corporate services. At the same time
Coyle will be responsible for attracting top real estate professionals to the Colliers team.p>
