PKF Capital is an international firm that provides real estate investment advisory services to the hospitality and leisure industries. In January 2007, FirstService Corporation, parent company of CMN (Colliers Macaulay Nicholls), purchased a majority interest in PKF Consulting. CMN's U.S. hotel brokerage operation has been merged with PKF Consulting and will now operate under the name PKF Capital. CMN's Canadian Hotel Brokerage operation will continue to operate under the Colliers International Hotels brand.
