Custom Molders operates out of New Jersey, USA and this would be their first Canadian venture. They weren’t familiar with the local real estate market and the long distance between them and the destination market they were looking at meant they needed to rely on a service provider with current and comprehensive market information and access to available real estate. Custom Molders operated a 1st class facility in New Jersey and their expectations and requirements eliminated many of the available buildings.
