In January 2007, FirstService Corporation, parent company of CMN (Colliers Macaulay Nicolls), purchased a majority interest in PKF Consulting. CMN's U.S. hotel brokerage operation has been merged with PKF Consulting and now operates under the name PKF Capital. CMN's Canadian Hotel Brokerage operation will continue to operate under the Colliers International Hotels brand.
