After acquiring Skyline Tower in 1998, Unico Properties experienced internal turnover with both their General Manager and their Director of Leasing leaving for other firms. Although Unico filled their GM position immediately, a senior leasing person was not identified. Accordingly, while Unico continued its search, Colliers International was retained on a 6-month interim basis.
