Tiegs Appointed President of BOMA South Puget Sound
January 22, 2010, Tacoma, WA – Colliers International announced that the Building Owners and Managers Association
(BOMA) South Puget Sound has elected Shannon Tiegs as president. Tiegs is a senior real estate business manager for Colliers
Real Estate Management Services (REMS) in the Tacoma office. Prior to being elected president, she served on the BOMA South
Puget Sound Board of Directors for two years.
Peter Truex, senior managing director for Colliers International in Washington and Oregon, stated, “BOMA is an excellent
organization for commercial real estate owners and managers and we are very pleased that Shannon has been appointed to
lead the South Puget Sound chapter.”
At Colliers, Tiegs provides property management services for client properties located in South King, Pierce, and Thurston
County, Washington. She has more than 10 years experience in property management and is responsible for the delivery of
management services, tenant satisfaction and retention, vendor coordination, project management, soliciting and securing
new management assignments.
