Colliers Victoria office now provides full management services for residential strata and rental apartment properties. Nathan Enns is the general manager of this division and is responsible for managing properties in Victoria and Nanaimo and brings over 10 years experience working in the strata management industry to this position. Nathan is currently on the board of directors with PAMA (Professional Association of Managing Agents) and is actively committed to improving the standards of property management services provided within the industry.
We pride ourselves in getting to know the owners in understanding their preferences and expectations where the management of the project is concerned.
