N & R Investments had a 45,000 square foot vacancy in their property at 80 Morton Avenue East that had proved challenging to lease. Although the space had many sought after features and was very efficient, the market for that size space was soft. Our listing team recognized that a new marketing and pricing strategy would have to be developed that would reinvigorate interest in the property and show that it was a viable alternative for tenants.
